1. Objective
These Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase and participation in tourist tours offered by the agency, ensuring transparency and security for our customers.
2. Reservations and Payments
Reservations are confirmed upon full payment or deposit as indicated at the time of purchase. The prices of the tours include only the services described in the itinerary. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PIX or other methods accepted by the agency. Non-payment within the specified deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp). Full refund: up to 2 days before the tour date. Partial refund (50%): between 2 and 1 days before the tour. Cancellations with less than 24 hours do not generate a refund. In case of adverse weather conditions or force majeure, the tour may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Arrive at the designated location and time. Follow the guidance of the guides and staff during the tour. Inform previously about medical conditions, dietary restrictions or special needs. Take care of safety and respect the environment and local regulations.
5. Agency Responsibilities
Ensure the execution of the services as described in the itinerary. Provide qualified guides and appropriate equipment when applicable. Maintain civil liability insurance as required by tourism legislation.
6. Alteration of Itinerary
The agency reserves the right to change the itinerary, schedules or sequence of activities for reasons of safety, weather or logistics, always seeking to preserve the quality of the experience.
7. Use of Images
By participating in the tours, the customer authorizes the use of their image in photos and videos for promotional purposes of the agency, unless contrary manifestation is made in writing.
8. Data Protection
The personal information provided will be used exclusively for reservation and communication purposes, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018).
9. Forum
The court of the district of Goianinha/RN is hereby elected to settle any doubts or disputes arising from these Terms.
